Jessica Smith

President

Jessica has been a resident of the Temecula/Murrieta Valley for over 20 years and served on many non-profit organization boards to name a few.

• Past-Chair of Riverside Community Health Foundation

• Past-Outreach Director for Mentoring for Today for Tomorrow

• Past-Community Clean Up Coordinator

• Past- Rotary Club Secretary

Her volunteer efforts include: VP Community Reinvestment Act in San Diego and Inland Empire, Membership Coordinator for BNI, Children Ministry, Local Food Pantry, Girl Scout Leader, Compass for your cause, Past Ambassador of Temecula and Murrieta Chamber of Commerce. Currently a member of Southern California Inland Empire Black Chamber of Commerce.

She has over 20 years of Banking experience as a VP that handles the Youth Financial Literacy program. She is a mother of two beautiful teenage girls JoyCelina and Daysha. They’re the reason why MALHY Community Outreach Protective Services Inc. was created to help age group 10-25 to cope with social media, social anxiety and peer pressure. She enjoys reading, cooking and traveling. Jessica is a Process Server, has her Certificate in Mediation and is currently working on her etiquette certification to add those services to MALHY. She is educated, well rounded and found her passion in serving others and her community. (There’s no limit to what God will do in your life. Philippians 2:13)

Jehrel Bruno

Mental Health Therapist

Hello my name is Jehrel Bruno. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Bachelors of Art in Sociology from California State University Long Beach and my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have over 13 years of experience working in the mental health field in various settings such as psychiatric hospitals, mental health, urgent care facilities, along with inpatient treatment centers. I also served for over 10 years in the United States Navy and have many family members who have served as well. I have had the privilege of working with clients who suffer from a variety of issues which include Substance Use Disorders, depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, grief and loss, childhood trauma, caregiver fatigue, end of life issues, self-harm, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Schizophrenia and other chronic mental health disorders. I want to be an agent of change and help erase the stigma of mental health so that individuals can feel a sense of comfort in receiving mental therapy. I pride myself in the ability to relate to clients that come from diverse backgrounds along with others that may not be initially open to the idea of therapy. I believe that change is possible for everyone.

Adam Nogueira

Community Network Director

Adam Nogueira, a proud native of Fallbrook, California, embodies the values of compassion, community, and service. Born and raised in this picturesque town, Adam’s journey is marked by a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those he serves as a real estate professional and the communities he touches.

Celebrating nearly five years of wedded bliss, Adam and his beautiful wife, Kelly, have created a loving home that extends to their cherished companions, Bailey and Max. This tight-knit family is the foundation of Adam’s life.

Adam’s sense of community extends beyond his family to his active involvement in Saint Peter’s Church as he is one of the leaders of the Fallbrook Chapter of the Knights of Columbus. He is dedicated to fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose within these organizations and supporting the local community of Fallbrook.I

n addition to his church and Knights of Columbus commitments, Adam is deeply engaged in outreach efforts. His involvement with H & I (Hospitals and Institutions) includes participating in panels at drug and alcohol detox centers, The Oak Grove Center for Kids in Murrieta California, and speaking at high schools to advocate for living a fulfilling life in sobriety.

A true humanitarian, Adam is also committed to the Jesus House in Fallbrook, where he gives his time assisting homeless men as they transition back into society and rediscover meaning in their lives.

Adam’s philanthropic spirit led him to join MAHLY, an organization making a significant impact in the communities of South West Riverside. Inspired by their mission, Adam is eager to contribute his time and efforts to further the positive changes initiated by MAHLY.

Adam Nogueira’s life is a testament to the transformative power of faith, love, and community involvement. Through his various roles and commitments, he continues to be a beacon of hope, compassion, and positive change in the lives of those he touches.

Steven Tolliver

IT Director

Native of Hayneville, AL, has been residing in Murrieta, CA for the past 12 years. He is a US Navy Veteran who enlisted at the age of 19 and served eight years as a logistics tech. Honor, courage, and commitment are embedded in his heart. He managed Navy Lodges for six years after his Navy enlistment. Steven attended San Diego Mesa College for general studies and later obtained his Bachelor’s in Information Technology with a concentration in Healthcare Technology from the University of Phoenix. Steven holds several IT industry certifications and currently works as an Information Technology Tech for Scripps Health in San Diego, CA. He also works in IT for Palomar Heath, AT&T, and Qualcomm all in San Diego. Steven is a past vice president and past president for the nonprofit organization Uplifting Brothers in Temecula, CA. Founder and CEO of “Our Young Kingz Mentoring.” Proud father of twin 18-year-old boys, who are currently enlisted in the Navy as Information Technology Techs on submarines. Family and my community are very important to me. Volunteering to assist those in need and youth mentoring is a passion of mine.

Marketing Director

Jimmy is a seasoned executive with over 27 years of experience in driving the growth of multimillion-dollar companies. His diverse professional journey spans across the realms of automotive dealerships, marketing agencies, and tech software firms, showcasing his versatile business acumen and leadership prowess. Jimmy’s strategic vision and innovative approach have been pivotal in scaling businesses and fostering dynamic teams. Beyond his corporate endeavors, he is deeply passionate about community enrichment. His commitment to youth sports, literacy, and financial education reflects his belief in empowering the next generation with essential skills and knowledge. A champion of business education, Jimmy combines his rich industry experience with a keen desire to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs, guiding them towards sustainable success and impactful leadership.

Shirley Caudillo

Director of Events

Shirley is an accomplished financial leader with over 24 years of experience in spearheading the financial success of multiple multimillion-dollar startups. As CFO, VP, and Founder, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise in managing complex projects, streamlining processes, and excelling as a master project coordinator. Her strategic financial oversight has been pivotal in ensuring the robust growth and stability of these organizations. Beyond her financial acumen, Shirley is deeply committed to youth development. She passionately advocates for youth health, self-growth, sports, and financial literacy. Her dedication extends to empowering the younger generation, encouraging them to recognize and realize their true potential. Shirley’s multi-faceted skill set and her devotion to nurturing young minds exemplify her role as a transformative leader and mentor.

Volunteer Director

Sandra Hernandez, a Native of Seychelles, has an admirable quality of service and dedication to her community. She has been volunteering since her early 20’s with the Red Cross, Key Wives Volunteers on Marine Corp Base Camp Pendleton, CA, and PTSA board member for River Springs Charter Schools.

A dedicated mother who took a leave of absence from her dental career for the hardest job of all, a full time mother of two. Sandra is a skilled communicator, with the ability to speak four languages. French, English, Creole from her native country; and she taught herself Spanish. She believes strongly that communication is a vital piece for the success of any program.

Sandra believes that Serving at MALHY is incredibly rewarding and enriching. Service at MALHY gives us the blessing to help protect and educate our society’s most precious resource, our children

JoyCelina enjoys being part of social activities. She is currently enrolled in water polo, mock trial, JROTC, Improv and a leadership role for Circle of Excellence. I will be graduating in 2024. Currently GPA 4.0 I am excited to be of service to my peers as Volunteer Coordinator.

Daysha Smith

What I love the most is playing soccer and running track, I like socializing and making friends. Currently, I have 3.5 gpa and I play JV soccer for Chaparral High School. I am also in ASB and like to set up events. One thing I’m passionate about is music. Music is a big part of my life and is one of the most important things to me. I am so glad to be part of MALHY as a Volunteer Coordinator!
